HOW DO I GET PAID?
Once your items arrive you can expect payment within 3-5 business days. When accepting our offer simply choose whether you would prefer to receive store credit or get paid via eft.
HOW AND WHERE DO I SHIP MY CLUBS?
When you accept our offer, we will give you the option to make use of our courier service. The quoted courier charge will be deducted from the total value of your trade-in. You are also welcome to use your own courier service at your own expense. The use of Postnet as a courier service is also acceptable. Please send all trade-ins too:

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE CASE OF DISCREPANCIES?
If, upon inspection of the clubs we identify any discrepancies (ex. Wrong model, condition, missing clubs) we will email you to notify you of such and the resulting value change (+/-) if any.
